The nearest metro station is 1 km (12 minutes' walk). While the area is not central, public transport is functional. A large DIY store with a bakery is a 3-minute walk, and an organic supermarket is nearby. The property is also well connected for car travel, being just off a motorway.

Room categories range from compact studios (1.40m-wide bed) to suites with separate living and sleeping areas. The spacious master and bachelor-plus categories offer a door between living room and bedroom. Most double beds are 1.60m wide; some rooms have a 1.40m bed, which may be tight for two. All units come with a microwave, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, flat-screen TV, and a seating area with sofa. Private bathrooms have a shower and hairdryer. Windows can be opened, and some rooms have a terrace or garden furniture. There is no air conditioning - rooms can become warm in summer. Soundproofing from street and aircraft noise is effective with windows closed, but open windows let in traffic and flight noise. The furniture may show wear in some units, but overall cleanliness is generally good.
