The Egyptian Museum and Politecnico di Torino are 1 km away, and the Mole Antonelliana is 2 km from the hotel. Juventus Stadium is 6 km away, and Turin Airport is 16 km - easily reached by train from Porta Susa. The historic centre and main piazza are a 15-20 minute walk or a 10-minute tram ride. The surrounding area has several restaurants and cafés within a 300-metre radius.

Rooms range from single to twin and triple configurations, all featuring a private bathroom with shower, free toiletries, a hairdryer, and in some rooms slippers and a complete toiletries kit. Many rooms are spacious and some have a separate living area. Rooms on the fifth floor are attic-style with low beams. While windows are soundproofed, street-facing rooms can experience noise from trams and traffic, especially on lower floors; rear-facing rooms are quieter. The property was built in 1900 and retains parquet floors and an old-fashioned lift. Daily housekeeping is available but can be opted out for a free drink.

As of now, the hotel's buffet breakfast service is suspended. In its place, guests receive a discount voucher (10%) for GB Caffetteria, run by local hosts, offering coffee, pastries, yogurt, fresh fruit, cold cuts, bread and packaged jams. The café is a two-minute walk from the hotel and serves breakfast between 07:00 and 10:00. For lunch and dinner, the hotel has an agreement with the same café for a 10% discount. Numerous restaurants, bars and cafés - including Osteria del Frate, Ristorante Da Salvo and St Martin Pub - are within 300 metres.

The hotel offers free Wi-Fi in all areas with a strong signal, suitable for remote work. Luggage storage is free, allowing you to explore before check-in or after check-out. A paid airport shuttle is available (pick-up and drop-off). Laundry and dry cleaning come at an extra charge. Daily housekeeping is free, and opting out earns a free drink. The 24-hour front desk can provide concierge services, express check-in/out, and private check-in/out. Pets are allowed on request for possible additional fees. Other practical features include a lift, soundproof rooms, family rooms, designated smoking area, vending machines for drinks, and CCTV for security.
