The property sits in a quiet yet central part of Málaga's Soho district, directly between the port and the Alcazaba. The nearest train station, Centro Alameda, is a 5-minute walk, giving direct rail access from the airport (taxi about €25). La Malagueta Beach is an 18-minute walk, and the Picasso Museum is less than 1 km away. The area is safe and walkable: the marina, shopping streets, and the historic old town are all within a 5-10 minute walk. Numerous restaurants, bars, and a gelato shop are within 0.5 km. A bus stop for suburban lines is also nearby, making car-free exploration easy.

Units range from compact studios to larger one-bedroom apartments with a separate living room. All feature air conditioning, heating, a seating area with flat-screen TV, a dining table, free Wi-Fi, and a safe. Kitchens include a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and cookware - but no dishwasher. The private bathroom has a walk-in shower, free toiletries, and a hairdryer. Many apartments have large windows, and some offer a balcony (floors 1-3) or a private terrace with sun loungers (higher floors, including the penthouse on the 7th floor). The property has a lift to all floors. Noise can be an issue in street-facing rooms due to traffic and night-time music, so light sleepers may prefer a higher floor or a room away from the street.

No bar or room service exists, so plan dinner or drinks out - the port promenade and old town offer the widest choice.

A self-service laundry room with free washer and dryer is open daily 11:00-19:00 (no detergent provided). Iron and ironing board are available on request.
