The hotel is less than 1 km from Jorge Rando Museum and offers easy access to the Al-Andalus Mosque (25-30 min on foot or Bus Line 15). Bus Line 20 stops at Paseo de Martiricos, 200 metres away, connecting directly to the city centre. For airport transfers, a taxi costs approximately €26 and takes 15-20 minutes. Paid on-site parking is available but cannot be reserved; free street parking is possible but extremely limited, especially in the evening. The area is safe and quiet, with a supermarket and several tapas bars within a short walk across the adjacent park.

Rooms are newly built, clean, and modern, but compact - the double rooms in particular can feel small, and none have a full wardrobe (only an open hanging rail with a few hangers). The bed is large and comfortable, though the pillows are very soft and may not suit everyone. The bathroom is spacious with good water pressure, and toiletries are provided in wall dispensers. A persistent green emergency light near the door cannot be turned off, which may disturb light sleepers. The air conditioning is efficient, but the thermostat requires windows to be closed for five minutes before it activates. Upper-floor rooms offer good city views; lower floors may have limited outlook. Soundproofing is excellent against street noise, but internal noise from corridors and the lift can be audible, especially near the lift shaft. Daily housekeeping is available (free) and will replenish towels and tea/coffee upon request.

Breakfast runs from 7:00 to 10:30 on weekdays and until 11:00 on weekends. The buffet includes bread, pastries, cold cuts, cheese, yoghurt, fruit, cereals, hot items (eggs, bacon, sausages), a waffle station, and coffee/tea from machines. While the selection is adequate, the quality and freshness have been noted as inconsistent - some items can be pre-cooked or lukewarm, and the variety does not change daily. The dining area is small and can become congested during peak times. For other meals, the property offers only a basic bar menu of frozen items (pizza, burgers) served in the reception area; this is not recommended for a satisfying dinner. Several tapas bars and Spanish cafés are located just across the park in front of the hotel, offering better value and genuine local cuisine.

The fitness centre is a compact but well-maintained space with cardio and weight-training machines, open 24/7 for guests. There is no swimming pool (some third-party listings incorrectly show a pool - it does not exist), no terrace or garden area, and no separate lounge. The nearby park (across the street) offers a green space for jogging or relaxing. For leisure beyond the hotel, the historic centre's attractions, beach (La Malagueta, 3 km), and shopping areas are accessible on foot or by bus.

The 24-hour front desk staff can assist with tour information and luggage storage (free). Check-in and check-out are efficient, and a €50 refundable deposit is required at arrival. The hotel has a lift (key card access to floors), vending machines for drinks and snacks, a minimarket, and an electric vehicle charging station.
