The capsule door slides open but is prone to noise, and the fan can be audible. The bed is a double for two people but is more suitable for one person of average height. Towels are provided but are smaller than standard bath towels. A safe is included in each capsule, though some units have reported malfunctioning safes and lockers. The shared bathroom consists of 2 shower cubicles, 2 separate toilets, and 2 sinks located in the hallway, all cleaned daily. The property is non-smoking throughout.
