The surrounding area is green, with walking and cycling paths along the river. A Netto supermarket and a bakery (also open on Sundays) are directly adjacent, making self-catering and breakfast shopping very convenient. Free street parking is available directly in front of the hotel.

The style is modern and functional, with no unnecessary frills, well suited for travellers who prioritise cleanliness, comfort and a good night's sleep.

While the property itself has no on-site wellness or leisure facilities, the surrounding area provides outdoor recreation opportunities. The Dahme River is 50 metres away, ideal for walking, jogging or cycling along the water. Hiking and nature exploration are possible in the nearby green spaces. The hotel's minimarket and barber/beauty shop add minor convenience. This is a stay focused on practical comfort and location rather than resort-style amenities.

Wi-Fi is free and available in all areas. Free public parking is available on the street directly in front of the hotel, no reservation needed. The self-check-in process uses a key box with a code sent by email, allowing flexible arrival times. Express check-in/check-out is possible. There is no front desk staff on-site, but communication with the team is responsive via email before and during the stay. A minimarket and barber/beauty shop are on the premises.
