The hotel is in the calm Dusit neighbourhood, away from crowded tourist hubs. Khao San Road is 3 km and Patpong is 7 km away. The nearest BTS station (Victory Monument) is a 15-minute taxi ride; the nearest subway station is also distant. However, the Phayap Pier (10 min walk) connects via Longtail boats to many riverside attractions. Street food vendors, a 7-Eleven, and a few local restaurants are within walking distance. Taxi fares to central Bangkok typically cost 150-200 THB.

Rooms are clean and functional, equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, safety deposit box, refrigerator, and electric kettle. Private bathrooms include a shower, hairdryer, and towels. Superior rooms are on floors 2-5; Deluxe Pool View and Deluxe Twin rooms are in the garden block with lift access. Some rooms are in a separate block without a lift, requiring stair access (e.g., 5th floor). Balconies are present in some rooms but are locked and cannot be used. Smoking is not permitted in rooms or on balconies. Garden-side rooms tend to be quieter than those facing the road. Bed quality and air conditioning performance can vary; some units are older.

The breakfast buffet includes items such as bread, eggs, rice, soup, salad, fried chicken, and fruit. It is limited in variety but adequate for a light start. For additional options, the free 24-hour snack bar in the lounge offers self-serve coffee, tea, water, and biscuits throughout the day. There is no restaurant or bar on-site, but a 7-Eleven and several street food vendors are within a short walk.

The outdoor swimming pool is small and waist-deep, suitable for a quick dip rather than serious swimming. The surrounding garden has a few sun loungers, but direct sunlight on the loungers is limited. The fitness centre consists of basic equipment (e.g., treadmills) and is near the stairs. Mosquitoes can be present around the pool at dusk. There is no spa or jacuzzi.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas but may require re-login and can be inconsistent. A 1000 THB cash deposit or passport hold is mandatory at check-in.
