The building is on a quiet street, so the apartment stays calm at night despite being close to transport hubs. The neighbourhood is well-served by buses and metro, making a car unnecessary.

The space is recently renovated and comfortably set up for up to 4 people, with two beds (a double and an additional single or sofa bed). The room is described as large and practical for four. The private bathroom is newly fitted, and the kitchenette includes a stove, fridge, utensils, and an espresso machine with capsules. Air conditioning cools efficiently, and the apartment has heating for cooler months. The balcony adds outdoor space. Storage is adequate, and the decor is clean and pleasant.
