THE ARTISAN - CITY CENTRE, Dublin

The property sits in Dublin's city centre, within easy walking distance of the main shopping streets (Henry Street 5 min), Trinity College (14 min walk), EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum (13 min), and Croke Park Stadium (2 km). A bus stop for Dublin Airport is right around the corner, and the Luas tram stop on Abbey Street is a 7-minute walk. The convention centre is a 10-minute drive (approx. €15 taxi). For those attending a show at the 3Arena, it's a 10-minute taxi trip. The area is generally walkable, though a few side streets feel less tourist-friendly late at night.

The property does not operate a restaurant, café, or bar, and does not provide breakfast. The kitchenette in each room is unfurnished, so the best option for self-catering is the shared kitchen in the apartment cluster - it is equipped with oven, hob, microwave, and basic cookware, and guests can use it to prepare their own meals. The surrounding area is dense with dining options: several Chinese restaurants (Charming Noodles, Shi Wang Yun, Lee Kee) are within a 0.5 km walk, and other casual eateries are within a few minutes' walk on foot. The free coffee and tea machine in reception is available at all times.

The building includes a small fitness room for workouts, a games room with a pool table, a shared lounge/TV area, and a well-maintained rooftop garden offering views over the city. These facilities are available to all residents. The garden is a common space and can be used for relaxing or socialising. There is no swimming pool, spa, sauna, or other wellness facility on site.

The property offers a 24-hour front desk with English-speaking staff, free Wi-Fi throughout, free luggage storage, and a laundry service (washing machine/dryer - charged separately). The building is fully accessible: lift access to all floors, wheelchair-accessible rooms, emergency cords in bathrooms, grab rails, and a lower bathroom sink. Safety features include 24-hour security, CCTV in common areas and outdoors, fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, and key-card entry. Additional facilities include a shared kitchen, a vending machine for drinks and snacks, and a business centre. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property. Parking is not available on site.
