LYNDON GUESTHOUSE, Dublin

The property is centrally situated within walking distance of EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum, Trinity College, and the Book of Kells. Connolly Train Station is 1 km away, and Dublin Airport is 8 km from the guesthouse - a 25-minute drive (taxis around €30-35). The area has a LUAS tram stop a few minutes away, providing easy access to the 3Arena and other parts of the city. Multiple bus stops, including routes 41 and 16a to the airport, are within a short walk. While some parts of the immediate neighbourhood can be lively late at night, the location remains practical for city-centre access.

Room types include single, double, triple (2 beds), and quadruple (3 beds) options; family rooms and interconnected rooms are available. Each room has a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, tea/coffee facilities, free toiletries, wardrobe, carpeted floor, and heating. Most rooms have private en-suite bathrooms with showers. A double room with a private bathroom has one double bed; single rooms with shared bathrooms are also available. Some rooms are compact, so guests with large luggage should be prepared. For quieter stays, choose a room away from the front street - road-facing rooms can pick up late-night noise. The property has no lift/elevator, so those with mobility concerns should request a lower floor. Air conditioning is not offered.

The Lyndon Guesthouse does not serve breakfast or operate an on-site restaurant or bar. Guests can prepare tea and coffee in their rooms using the provided kettle and complimentary supplies. Several dining options are within a short walk: Cobalt Cafe & Gallery (0.5 km), Koffee+Kale (0.5 km), Turkish Kebab House (0.5 km), Charming Noodles (0.5 km), The Parnell Heritage Bar & Grill (0.5 km), Kavanaghs Temple Pub (0.5 km), and others. For those who want a fuller morning meal or dinner variety, the surrounding area offers a good range of casual to sit-down choices.

Wi-Fi is free and accessible throughout the building - signal strength can vary on upper floors, and guests relying on stable connectivity for video calls may prefer ground-floor rooms. Luggage storage is provided, allowing guests arriving before check-in or departing later to explore city-centre attractions without heavy bags. Reception staff speak English and Portuguese, and the team is known for being helpful and accommodating. Services include private check-in/out, express check-in/out, a tour desk, currency exchange, and invoice provision. Safety features include CCTV in common areas and outside, fire extinguishers, security alarm, and smoke alarms. Accepted payment methods: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay credit card, and cash. There is no lift/elevator - a lower-floor room can be requested for easier access. No housekeeping is provided daily unless requested, and towels are not replaced automatically.
