THE BEAUTIFUL ITALIAN SUIT, Vienna

The location is excellent for both rail travellers and city explorers. Wien Westbahnhof provides direct connections across Vienna and to the airport, while the nearby tram stop offers easy car-free access to the city centre. The area is well supplied with supermarkets (Lidl is a short walk away) and a variety of restaurants within 0.5 km, including Fladerei, China-Restaurant zum Westbahnhof, and Vapiano. Free street parking is available on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as weekday nights from 18:00 to 08:00; for longer stays, paid parking is available 300 meters from a Lidl at €42 per day or at a metro-accessible lot 15 minutes away for €5 per day.

The apartment features two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, oven, and kitchenware, plus a washing machine. The quadruple room has a shared bathroom, while the single room shares a bathroom and offers a wardrobe and dressing room. Some rooms have a patio and garden views, while inner courtyard-facing rooms are notably quiet for sleeping. The property is older and basic in style, with carpeted or parquet flooring, heating, and tea and coffee facilities. Practical amenities include a dining area and trouser press. The property is best suited for travellers who prioritise location and practical amenities over modern decor, and who are comfortable with an older, functional setup.

Breakfast is offered as a paid service at €20 per person. The apartment's kitchen - with stovetop, oven, refrigerator, and kitchenware - supports self-catering, which can be a cost-effective option given the nearby Lidl supermarket. For those wanting to eat out, several restaurants are within a 5-minute walk: Fladerei, China-Restaurant zum Westbahnhof, Vapiano, Brauhund, and Pulkautaler Wein & Bierhaus. The property also offers special diet menus on request and can provide fruits or wine/champagne for an additional charge.

For leisure, the on-site garden and patio provide a quiet outdoor space for relaxing. The surrounding area includes an ice-skating rink within walking distance. The property does not have a pool, spa, gym, or sauna, so wellness-oriented guests should plan for city-based activities or nearby leisure options.

WiFi is free and fast at 98 Mbps, sufficient for 4K streaming and video calls on multiple devices. Practical services include luggage storage, a locker room, and laundry facilities, all available for an additional charge. The property provides daily housekeeping and a trouser press on request. Pets are allowed with prior arrangement and may incur a charge. Check-in is from 13:00, and check-out is by 11:00; self-check-in via a key safe is available. The property is non-smoking throughout, with a designated smoking area in the courtyard. Allergy-free rooms are available, and key access ensures security.
