The property provides a range of accommodation, from compact single rooms and double rooms to spacious 3-bedroom apartments that can sleep up to 7 people. All units feature a private entrance, tea and coffee maker, parquet floors, and a flat-screen TV. Many rooms offer city views. Studios and apartments include a kitchen with a refrigerator and kitchenware for self-catering. Larger apartments also include a washing machine. Room sizes vary significantly; some are very compact, with limited space for luggage. The building is an older structure, so soundproofing between rooms is minimal, and noise from the street can carry. There is no air conditioning in most rooms, which can make sleeping during hot weather challenging. Windows cannot be tilted. Some units have a shared bathroom, so confirming the bathroom type at booking is essential. Heating is available and controllable.

There is no dedicated wellness or leisure facility on the property. The location on the main shopping street provides access to Vienna's commercial and cultural life, including the nearby ice-skating rink. Guests looking for leisure activities will find numerous attractions and entertainment venues within walking distance or a short metro ride.
