The apartment features 1 living room with a sofa bed and dining area, 1 separate bedroom with two comfortable beds, and 2 bathrooms with a shower and free toiletries. The well-equipped kitchenette includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware, electric kettle, and tea/coffee maker. Additional amenities include air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, ironing facilities, and a wardrobe with parquet flooring. The apartment is decorated in a designer style and is described as very spacious and clean. Note that the unit is on the mezzanine floor without a lift - guests with heavy luggage or mobility needs should factor this in. For those who prefer to cook, the kitchenette is fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, kitchenware, electric kettle, and tea/coffee maker. If you prefer to eat out, the immediate area is packed with renowned trattorias, pizzerias, and wine bars such as Cajo & Gajo, Enoteca Trastevere, Ristorante Carlo Menta, and Ombre Rosse - all within 0.3-0.5 km. Dining options cater to all budgets, from casual to fine dining, and are open late into the evening.

No spa, pool, or gym is available within the building, but the entire Trastevere neighbourhood serves as your leisure playground - with its piazzas, street performers, art galleries, and evening atmosphere. The Roman Forum (2 km) and the Vatican (3 km) are within a 30-minute walk, making sightseeing the primary leisure activity.
