The hostel occupies a historic canal house in central Amsterdam, with Waterlooplein, Nieuwmarkt, Dam, Rembrandtplein (450 m), and the Flower Market (450 m) all within a short walk. Schiphol Airport is 15 km away - take a direct train to Central Station, then metro lines 51, 53 or 54 to Nieuwmarkt stop (200 m walk). A tram stop is also nearby, making car-free city access easy. The surrounding streets offer many cafés, shops, and museums, including the Maritime Museum and the A'dam Tower lookout. Parking is not available; a nearby garage costs €68 per 24 hours, and P+R facilities exist at Arena and Oosterdok.

Rooms range from bunk-bed mixed dorms (12-20 beds) with hallway lockers to family rooms and quadruple rooms with private bathrooms. Bed linen is provided; towels can be rented. Each bunk has its own light, power socket, and shelf, and many rooms have personal fans. The property has undergone a recent refurbishment and is kept clean. Air conditioning with heating and cooling functions is available in rooms. Some road-facing rooms can be noisier, and ventilation may be limited in larger dorms. Smaller dorms (6-bed) offer more space. A lift provides access to upper floors. No private balconies are available.

Breakfast is served from 7:30 as a Grab & Go option for €5.50, allowing three items such as a cheese sandwich, fresh smoothie, and cappuccino. The bar offers snacks (crisps, muesli bars, croissants, muffins, donuts) and hot drinks, with wine/champagne available at an additional charge. No full restaurant or self-catering kitchen is present. A microwave, cutlery, and plates are available in the common area, and hot water can be obtained at the bar. Several dining spots are within a 5-minute walk, including Asian and Italian restaurants and espresso bars.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The 24-hour front desk allows late or early arrivals. Luggage storage is offered after check-out via lockers: small (€1/hour, €4/12h) or large (€2/hour, €6/12h). In-room cupboards require a padlock (bring your own or buy one for €4.50-€5). Day-use lockers in the lobby are available at €0.20/hour. The hostel provides daily housekeeping, a shared lounge/TV area, laundry facilities (washing machines, iron/ironing board), and a vending machine for drinks and snacks.
