The hotel is situated on Key West's main thoroughfare, placing you within walking distance of the island's best beaches, restaurants, bars, shops, and nightlife. The Duval Loop free bus stops a block away, providing easy access to the ferry terminal (a 30-40 minute walk otherwise). Parking is not on-site, but a loading zone allows luggage drop-off; free public parking is available a 7-10 minute walk south. South Beach and the Southernmost Point are within 2 km, making a car unnecessary for most activities.

Room configurations include King, Queen, Double, and Twin beds. King rooms are on the ground floor with private porches, while some Queen rooms feature balconies overlooking Duval Street. The property has no lift, and upper-floor rooms are accessed by stairs; ground-floor rooms are available on request. Rooms are clean and well-maintained, though the window-unit air conditioning can be audible. Bathrooms are private, with some having a wet-room shower design. Daily housekeeping is complimentary. Rooms near the attached sports bar may experience noise until late evening, and earplugs are provided at check-in.

Breakfast is a light, self-serve affair provided each morning. For those wanting a fuller meal, the adjacent sports bar (operating independently) serves food and drinks until late. Numerous restaurants are within a 0.5 km walk, including Croissants de France, Le Bistro, and Viva Saloon. Microwaves and coffee are also available at the office during office hours.
