Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, the Georgia World Congress Center, the Georgia Aquarium, and the World of Coca-Cola are all within a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive. The immediate area around the hotel has a high concentration of street activity and homeless individuals, particularly after dark. While 24-hour security is present at the entrance, walking alone at night is not recommended. Many short trips are better done by Uber or the MARTA.

Each guest room is a suite consisting of a separate bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. The living area includes a wet bar, refrigerator, microwave, tea/coffee-making facilities, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Bed configurations include single or double king beds with an additional sofa bed. Bathrooms feature a shower or combination tub/shower with free toiletries. Some select King Suites offer a Jacuzzi bathtub. Rooms vary in condition; some have dated furnishings, stained or fraying carpets, peeling wallpaper, and musty smells. Air conditioning reliability can be inconsistent, with some units providing only a fan. TV reception can be poor, and channels are limited to basic cable.

The breakfast area is staffed to keep items well-stocked, and the quality is considered decent for a complimentary offering. Numerous casual dining options exist within a 5-10 minute walk, including Little Italy Pizza, Big Daddy's Southern Cuisine, and several fast food outlets.
