The Resort on Cocoa Beach has 124 updated condos with wood floors and light granite countertops. Each two-bedroom, two-bath condo includes a fully equipped kitchen and washers. Rooms accommodate six people. Master bedrooms feature king-size beds, guest bedrooms have two twin beds, and living rooms include queen-size sleeper sofas. Each unit has eight sets of towels. Amenities include a standard 12-cup coffeemaker. Upon request, a limited number of Keurig coffee makers are available. Soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid and a dishwasher packet are supplied. Hairdryers are in all units.
