THE SUNNY HOUSE OF ROME, Rome

Tram and bus stops are directly outside the building, with the metro (San Giovanni station) a 10-minute walk away. The historic centre and main tourist attractions are reachable in 20-30 minutes by public transport. Several supermarkets and restaurants are within a short walking distance. Parking is available nearby for €25/day, making the location practical for both car-free and car-accessed stays. The interior is well-maintained with contemporary furnishings, soundproof walls, and plenty of natural light. A fully equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, kettle, and all cookware and utensils. Additional features include a washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities, free toiletries, a flat-screen TV, and a tea and coffee maker. The apartment is cleaned to a very high standard, and the layout provides a sense of privacy between the sleeping and living areas, making it suitable for couples or small families.

For guests who prefer to dine out, a wide range of options is available nearby, including Italian, pizza, and international cuisine at restaurants such as L'Hosteria, Imperio Inca II, and several pizzerias. A supermarket within walking distance makes grocery shopping convenient for self-catering. The welcome pack with tea and coffee provides a nice start, but guests wanting a full breakfast should plan to either cook or visit a nearby café.
