The hotel sits along the Federal Highway near the border of KL and PJ, offering quick drives to Mid Valley Megamall (about 5 minutes) and KL Sentral (2 km). The nearest train station is KL Central, a roughly 10-15 minute walk away. The location is practical for car users - free on-site parking is available - but pedestrian access to public transport and surrounding areas is limited; ordering a Grab ride is the most convenient way to reach city-centre attractions or the airport. Thean Hou Temple is within easy walking distance, and the hotel provides a set location on Grab for easy pickups and food deliveries.

Room types include Standard, Deluxe, Family and Suite options, with the Suites (Moonrise and Rushmore) featuring a bathtub and record player. Deluxe rooms do not have bathtubs. Rooms are spacious, well-decorated in a retro 60s-70s style, and come with carpeted floors, a seating area, and a minibar. Key practical details: the lighting in rooms is often dim; road-facing rooms can be very noisy due to highway traffic - rooms facing the neighbouring condo are noticeably quieter. Some rooms combine two single beds to form a double. Extra beds are available for RM100 per night. There are no connecting rooms. The smart TV has YouTube and Netflix but no standard TV channels.

The Coffee Bar at the Lounge is open daily from 09:00 to 19:00, with extended hours until 22:00 on Fridays and Saturdays. It serves specialty coffee, pastries and cakes, and water is offered to guests on request. Breakfast is available for an additional charge of 35 MYR and includes local dishes such as nasi lemak. A complimentary snack box and tea/coffee in the rooms are provided. Several restaurants and a cafe are within walking distance, and the hotel is a short drive from the Bangsar dining area.

Recreational facilities are not offered on-site. There is a small lobby with a photobooth and a coffee bar. The hotel's retro aesthetic and photogenic lobby are the main leisure draws.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas, though connection can be weak and intermittent. Free private parking is available on site but is limited and cannot be reserved, so arriving earlier in the day helps secure a spot. The 24-hour front desk offers luggage storage at no extra charge. The hotel uses key card access and has CCTV in common areas. Check-in is from 14:00, check-out by 12:00; late check-out costs RM30 per hour. The hotel does not operate an airport shuttle - Grab or taxi is the recommended mode for KLIA transfers (about 40 minutes). No baby cots are provided.
