THE VILLAS AT SEVEN DWARFS - 2603 AMAZING LUXURY VILLA - NEAR DISNEY - WATER PARK, Kissimmee

The property is situated within a gated condominium, offering a secure environment. It is a short drive from a major road, making access to Disney Springs (11 km) and SeaWorld Orlando straightforward. Orlando International Airport is 31 km away. On-foot navigation within the condominium can be more challenging when arriving in the dark, as house numbers can be difficult to spot. Several chain restaurants (Applebee's, Wendy's, McDonald's, Denny's) are within 0.5-1 km, and supermarkets are conveniently close for self-catering supplies. The area is well-rated for its central position relative to parks and local amenities.

The villa provides generous living space with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, making it suitable for families or groups. The standout feature is a fireplace in the living area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchenware, plus a washing machine and dryer. Bedrooms are well separated, giving children their own rooms, and the kitchen is ideal for preparing breakfast and snacks. The spacious, air-conditioned home also offers a flat-screen TV, a private entrance, a minibar, tea and coffee facilities, a dressing area, a dining table, and free toiletries. The unit has 4 beds. Cleaning is reported as impeccable, and the overall feel is comfortable and well-maintained. Road-facing rooms are less likely to be noisy given the internal condominium setting, but light sleepers may still prefer a room away from the main avenue.

The property's own dining options include a poolside snack bar, a separate snack bar, and a vending machine for drinks and snacks. Grocery deliveries can be arranged for an additional charge, simplifying self-catering. For prepared meals, multiple chain restaurants such as Applebee's, Wendy's, McDonald's, and Denny's are located 0.5-1 km from the villa, providing convenient alternatives for eating out without a long drive.

The villa is situated very close to a large, well-regarded common pool area that is open all year and heated. This area includes sun loungers, beach umbrellas, and a pool bar. There is also a dedicated children's pool. On-site leisure extends to a water park, a tennis court, a basketball court, billiards, table tennis, and a fitness centre. Fishing and live music performances are free activities available. The condominium's facilities are described as amazing and well-utilised, offering ample entertainment without leaving the property. The picnic area and BBQ facilities add further outdoor leisure options.

Free private parking is available on site without the need for a reservation, and accessible parking spots are provided. A parking garage is also available. The property offers free WiFi in all areas. For family convenience, there is a children's playground, and cots are available. Grocery deliveries can be arranged for an additional charge, and an ATM/cash machine is on site.
