TIBURTINA HOTEL HOLIDAY, Rome

Sapienza University and Porta Maggiore are nearby, and Rome Ciampino Airport is 23 km away. The area has numerous restaurants, cafés, and a minimarket within 0.3-0.5 km, including a pub, a Sicilian gelato shop, and a café. Public transport is excellent: tram stops are on the street, and the metro connects to the historic centre in about 20 minutes. Parking is available nearby for €20/day, but many guests find the train and metro sufficient for city trips.

Room types range from single to family rooms, with twin and quadruple options. All have private bathrooms with shower, bidet, and hairdryer, plus a private entrance. Some rooms offer a balcony, minibar, electric kettle, and wardrobe. Air conditioning and heating are individually controlled. Rooms are generally spacious and cleaned daily. For light sleepers, rooms away from the corridor or street are advisable, as noise from doors and movement can be noticeable. Ironing facilities and trouser press are available on request.

The hotel does not have a restaurant, but a snack bar and breakfast in room are available. Breakfast (€2) is a basic Italian-style sweet offering with croissants, yogurt, and packaged snacks; hot drinks come from a self-service machine. Several cafés and restaurants are within a 3-5 minute walk, including Sicilian gelato, a pub, and a café offering quality brioche. The minimarket on site stocks drinks and essentials.

Guests can use the fitness centre and solarium for a fee. The property does not have a swimming pool, spa, or wellness centre. For relaxation, the shared lounge/TV area provides a space to unwind. The surrounding area offers parks and walking opportunities near Porta Maggiore.
