TIFFANY ROOMS, Milan

The property is in a residential neighbourhood with easy access to public transport, including a metro station just a 5-minute walk away, plus nearby tram and bus stops. The city's main attractions, such as The Last Supper, Sforzesco Castle, and the Duomo, are about a 30-minute walk or a short tram ride. Numerous restaurants, pizzerias, and cafés are within a 5-minute walk, making it convenient for dining. The area is well-served for major events, with San Siro Stadium also reachable by public transport.

Accommodation is in a partitioned apartment; individual rooms have their own lock and the shared corridor connects to other guest rooms. Soundproofing between rooms is limited, so noise from neighbouring guests can be heard. Rooms vary: some have the shower directly in the sleeping area rather than inside a separate bathroom, while others have a larger, more private bathroom. The furnishings and decor are functional but dated, with some beds reported as creaky or with prominent springs. Not all rooms have a balcony - check availability when booking. A communal kitchenette area provides an electric kettle and coffee machine; no full kitchen (microwave or stove) is available.

Breakfast is not available, and there is no on-site restaurant. However, the property provides a complimentary self-service area in the shared lounge with coffee, tea, and snacks (biscuits, bread) for a quick start to the day. For proper meals, plenty of restaurants, pizzerias, and cafés are within a 5-minute walk, including options like La Birreria Italiana, Garage Pizza & Co, and Achar. The property does not offer dining facilities, so planning to eat out or have takeaway is recommended.

Wi-Fi is free of charge throughout the property. Daily housekeeping is included, though consistency in cleaning has been flagged. Luggage storage is available for early arrivals and late departures. The lift helps with luggage and stroller access. The shared lounge/TV area offers a space to relax. No parking is available, but there is a paid public car park opposite the building. No airport shuttle or business centre is provided. Self-check-in is the norm after 19:00; the host is responsive via messaging.
