This provides an unusually high level of security but also means no street parking. The location is a 2-minute walk to the Champs-Élysées, 2 km to the Arc de Triomphe, and 2 km from both the Eiffel Tower and Louvre. Numerous restaurants and bakeries are within 300 metres. The metro station Franklin Roosevelt (line 1) is a 3-minute walk, giving direct access to the Louvre, La Défense, and both Paris airports via RER B at Châtelet. Walkability is excellent for sightseeing, shopping, and dining.
