Triple rooms (160+90 cm bed) include a tea/coffee maker, safe, and bath. All rooms have soundproofing in some categories, but rooms near the elevator or facing the street may experience noise. The bathrooms are compact but functional, with a hairdryer and toiletries provided. No rooms have balconies, but some offer city views. Storage space is limited in smaller rooms.

The breakfast includes bread, pastries, cereals, fruit salad, yoghurt, cheeses, cold cuts, juices, hot drinks, and self-boiled eggs. The breakfast room is small and can feel cramped; in-room breakfast is an option for a quieter start.
