The hotel sits in a quiet port-area neighbourhood, 10 km from Haneda Airport and a 45-minute walk from Toyosu Market. Shinonome Station is 4 minutes on foot, and from there the Rinkai Line reaches Shibuya in about 30 minutes. Tokyo Big Sight is one stop away. A 24-hour soba noodle shop and a Lawson convenience store are both within a 5-minute walk. The Odaiba area - with shopping centres, teamLab, and the life-sized Gundam - is reachable by train from nearby Tokyo Teleport Station. For Disneyland, take the Rinkai Line to Shinkiba, then the Keiyo Line to Maihama (roughly 20 minutes total). The area is generally quiet at night, though some may find the industrial port streets less lively.

All accommodation uses shared bathrooms with private shower stalls, bidets, and hairdryers. Capsules are arranged on separate male-only (2F) and female-only (3F) floors. Each capsule contains a flat-screen TV with headphones, a small safe, an alarm clock, and a fan - but no air conditioning. The mattress is firm, and the upper bunks require climbing metal rungs. Capsules are not lockable; only a curtain provides privacy. Lockers (approx. 170 cm high x 30 cm wide x 47 cm deep) are provided on the ground floor for luggage. Larger items can be stored at the front desk. Female-only private single rooms (with a shared bathroom) are also available.

There is no restaurant and no breakfast service. A 24-hour soba noodle shop is on the street corner directly in front of the hotel. A Lawson convenience store is a 4-minute walk away for snacks, drinks, and instant meals. The 4th-floor lounge is equipped with microwave ovens and hot water, allowing guests to prepare food brought from outside. Vending machines on the same floor sell drinks and instant meals. The Odaiba area, reached via a short train ride, offers many restaurants and food courts.

The 4th-floor lounge provides seating, charging ports for devices, vending machines, and a view of the surrounding area. The terrace is also accessible but incurs a fee of ¥500 per 2 hours after check-out. For relaxation, Odaiba Tokyo Ooedo-Onsen Monogatari - a large public bath and relaxation complex - is about 30 minutes away by train and on foot.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the building. Luggage can be stored for free from the morning of check-in and until 16:00 on the check-out day. Lockers (170x30x47 cm) are available on the ground floor; staff will hold larger bags at the front desk. Daily housekeeping is included, and fresh towels, pajamas, slippers, and amenities (shampoo, toothbrush, etc.) are supplied each day. Laundry costs are low and include detergent. The property has 24-hour security, CCTV, smoke alarms, and key-card access on each floor.
