The hotel sits in a quiet, safe neighborhood on the border of Ginza and Tsukiji. Tsukiji Station is literally one minute away, providing direct access to the Hibiya Line. Two additional metro lines are within a short walk. Haneda Airport is a 25-minute taxi ride (around 9000 JPY at night). Nearby landmarks include the Imperial Palace (3 km) and National Diet Building (3 km). A Lawson convenience store is right next door, with Family Mart and 7-Eleven also close by. Numerous restaurants and cafés are within a 5-minute walk, and the area is flat and easy to navigate on foot.

All rooms include free toiletries, a hairdryer, electric kettle, safe, carpeted floor, and daily housekeeping that provides fresh pajamas and slippers. Beds are firm; memory foam pillows are available on request. Connecting rooms are ideal for families - some configurations offer two bathrooms and separate sleeping areas. There is no closet, but a rack with hangers is provided. Road-facing rooms may pick up traffic noise, while quieter inner rooms are available. Curtains do not fully black out the room.
