The property sits on Plaza de Alfalfa, one of the most central and animated squares in Seville's old town. All major landmarks are reachable on foot: the Cathedral and Giralda are 800 metres away, the Royal Alcázar is a 13-minute walk, Triana Bridge is 15 minutes away, and Plaza de Armas is 2 km from the apartment. The surrounding streets are packed with tapas bars, restaurants, cafés, and small shops. For airport transfers, Seville Airport is 12 km away - a taxi takes roughly 20 minutes and a paid shuttle service is available. Parking is not available, so cars are impractical for this location; the area is best navigated on foot. A small supermarket is 100-150 metres away for self-catering supplies.

Tourist House Alfalfa offers two apartment types. The one-bedroom unit sleeps 2-3 people: it has a separate bedroom with one bed, a living room, a private bathroom with shower, and a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, fridge, microwave, kitchenware, tea/coffee maker). The duplex apartment is larger: it sleeps up to 5-6 people across two separate bedrooms (four beds total), two bathrooms, and a living room with a sofa bed, plus a private terrace with outdoor furniture - ideal for families or groups. Both apartments come with air conditioning, efficient heating, soundproofed walls and windows, parquet flooring, a washing machine, a flat-screen TV with smart features, and a hairdryer. The duplex's terrace is also a convenient spot for smokers. A check-out luggage storage service operated by a nearby business is available directly outside the apartment door.

A continental breakfast with local specialities, juice and fruit is offered at an extra cost of €10 per person, and can be ordered as a takeaway. However, the apartment's location on Plaza de Alfalfa means you are surrounded by dining options: within 300 metres you will find Bar Alfalfa, La Escalona, Fargo Restaurante, Taberna Del Almirante, La Mia Tana, and more - covering tapas, Spanish and international cuisine. For a quick bite or a traditional meal, you can simply walk out the door. The kitchenette is fully equipped (stovetop, fridge, microwave, cookware) for those who prefer to self-cater. A small supermarket 100-150 metres away makes it easy to stock up on groceries.

For active guests, the Guadalquivir River is within walking distance and offers kayaking and canoeing activities. Walking tours are also available in the area and can be booked through the tour desk. Both activities are offered at an additional charge. The apartment is centrally located, so you can easily reach river access points and tour meeting spots on foot without relying on transport.
