TOWNEPLACE SUITES TUCSON AIRPORT, Tucson

The hotel sits directly off I-10, making it straightforward for those driving to or through Tucson. The free 24-hour airport shuttle simplifies transfers to and from Tucson International Airport (1 km). Within a 0.5 km walk are Jerry Bob's Restaurant, Chickenuevo, and Waffle House; a 1 km stroll reaches Landing Zone Public House Bar & Grill and Schlotzsky's. Attractions such as Pima Air & Space Museum (8 km), Kino Sports Complex (south), and Arizona Stadium (12 km) are a short drive away. The area is generally safe and quiet, with ample parking in front and behind the building.

Each room includes a fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and kitchenware. The living area features a sofa (which opens to a bed), a desk, a dining table, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Private bathrooms include a bath or shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. The property is older; room decor and furnishings are dated but generally clean and spacious for airport proximity. Road-facing and elevator-adjacent rooms may experience more noise. Some rooms have structural wear such as loose floor tiles. The bed firmness varies, with some finding it hard. Rooms at the end of the hallway tend to be quieter. The air conditioning is effective and the kitchenette lighting controls are linked to the main room lights.

The complimentary breakfast typically includes eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes, oatmeal with toppings, a waffle station, fresh fruit, yogurt, and breads/pastries, plus mild, medium, and bold coffee. Quality and variety are considered above average for the brand. The breakfast serving area is narrow, and offerings can be inconsistent; packaged items are recommended if freshness is a concern. For additional meals, the food pantry in the lobby stocks snacks, frozen meals, and non-alcoholic drinks. For a full sit-down meal, several restaurants are within a 0.5-1 km walk: Jerry Bob's, Chickenuevo, Waffle House, Landing Zone Public House Bar & Grill, and Schlotzsky's.
