For budget-friendly transport, the public bus stop is located right in front of the property - buses run approximately every 10-12 minutes to Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone, Mismaloya beach, and Boca de Tomatlán. Boca de Tomatlán Beach is 3 km away, and from there water taxis depart to remote coastal spots like Yelapa, Quimixto, and Las Animas. An OXXO convenience store is a 100-meter walk up the street for supplies. The Puerto Vallarta International Convention Center is 24 km north. The property sits along Highway 200; traffic noise is occasionally audible, but the majority of the sound is ocean waves.
