TRAVELODGE BY WYNDHAM LAS VEGAS CENTER STRIP, Las Vegas

The hotel is situated in the centre of the Las Vegas Strip, placing guests within a short walk of Bellagio, Aria, Planet Hollywood, Paris Las Vegas, and MGM Grand. Numerous restaurants, including Chili's, Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., and Tamba Indian Cuisine, are within 0.5 km. A Walgreens is nearby for drinks and snacks. Free on-site parking is available directly outside many rooms, making it convenient for those arriving by car. The location offers car-free access to most major attractions, though the immediate surroundings can feel less polished than the large resort properties.

Rooms offer private bathrooms, air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, a microwave, and a refrigerator. Some rooms have a safe and a coffee maker. Room conditions vary significantly: some are renovated and clean, while others show wear such as worn carpets, outdated furniture, and signs of mould. Connecting doors between rooms allow significant noise transfer. The building is older motel-style with exterior entrances. Rooms are generally spacious enough for luggage and walking around, with two queen beds or a king bed. The best option is to request a recently updated room.

The hotel offers a free breakfast. The provided breakfast is basic: a grab-and-go bag with a bottle of water, cereal bars or pastries, and a piece of fruit. Coffee is available at reception. There is no full hot breakfast or restaurant on-site. The breakfast room is small, and when offered as a buffet, it has limited options. Numerous dining options are within a short walk, including Chili's, Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., and Panda Express.

The outdoor swimming pool is situated in a courtyard area with views of the surrounding high-rise hotels. It is not heated, which makes swimming very cold in autumn and winter. The pool area has loungers and some cabanas on a first-come basis. There is no hot tub or spa. The pool area is generally clean, though its central location means it is exposed to the parking lot and pedestrian traffic.

Free public parking is available on-site without reservation, directly outside many rooms. Free Wi-Fi is available in rooms and is generally reliable. The 24-hour front desk offers a tour desk, safety deposit boxes, and fast check-in/out. Luggage storage is available. Laundry and fax/photocopying services are offered for an additional charge. A computer and printer in the lobby can be used to print boarding passes. Housekeeping is provided daily. The elevator sometimes works intermittently; guests on upper floors may need to use stairs.
