The Rome Termini Metro station is 12 minutes on foot, providing access to the Vatican and Pantheon. The surrounding area is safe and quiet, with numerous restaurants and cafés within a short walking distance. For those arriving by car, there is no on-site parking, but paid public parking lots and blue-line street parking are available nearby.

The twin/double, double, and triple rooms are equipped with free toiletries, a shower, bidet, hairdryer, and work desk. Soundproofing is effective in many rooms, but light sleepers may still hear noise from corridors and neighboring units. Some rooms have been noted to look different from photos. A few rooms have minor maintenance issues such as peeling wallpaper or a sink in the room rather than inside the bathroom. The property has a lift, making it easier for guests with luggage or mobility concerns.
