Sound insulation between units and from the central courtyard is limited, which can affect light sleepers. Rooms with balconies are available depending on the booking. Heating is controllable per unit, but there is no air conditioning; windows lack fly screens. Free luggage storage is available for early arrivals.

There is no restaurant, bar, or breakfast service at the hotel. Instead, every apartment includes a complete kitchen (induction stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, cookware, and utensils) for independent meal preparation.
