Located outside the busy tourist core yet within comfortable walking distance of the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore (20 minutes), Piazza della Signoria (17 minutes), and the Uffizi Gallery (2 km). The nearby streets are lined with restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores, making daily errands easy without venturing far. Florence Airport is 10 km away. For train station access (Santa Maria Novella), a 30-minute scenic walk across the city is possible, or bus numbers 14 or C2 take about 20 minutes. The area is well-served by local bus routes and is close to the ZTL traffic zone, which is helpful for drivers needing to park outside the restricted area.

Each apartment has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The smaller studios contain a double bed and a double sofa bed, while larger units have two separate bedrooms (one with double bed, one with two single beds that can be made into a double). All accommodations include a seating area, dining table, flat-screen TV with streaming services, tea and coffee making facilities, and parquet floors. Kitchenettes are equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, oven (in larger units), and cookware. Select apartments feature a private terrace with outdoor furniture and a hot tub. Terrace apartments have one washing machine each, the only in-unit laundry available. The property has no elevator, and rooms are on the first floor accessed by stairs.

The on-site coffee shop serves drinks and light refreshments. The kitchenettes in each apartment include a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, oven (in select units), kettle, and cooking utensils, making it practical for preparing full meals. An outdoor barbecue area is available for cookouts. Within a 5-minute walk there are numerous restaurants and bars - including Trattoria da I'Coco Filippo, Antico Beccaria, and Kitsch - as well as grocery stores and pastry shops for breakfast supplies or daily groceries. The host provides a welcome bottle of Italian sparkling wine and coffee/tea supplies.

Several of the apartments feature a private hot tub on their terrace, ideal for relaxation after a day of sightseeing. The property also has a shared outdoor pool with a view, surrounded by sun loungers at no extra charge. The hot tub/jacuzzi is available for an additional fee. An ice-skating rink is nearby for seasonal entertainment. For cyclists, bicycle parking is provided free of charge.
