The nearest MRT station is Sam Yot, roughly 3 km away, and BTS Phayathai is about a 15-minute ride. Don Mueang Airport is 21 km from the hotel. For getting around, many landmarks are walkable, and taxis or tuk-tuks are readily available. The immediate area is lively but some streets can feel run-down, especially in the evening. There is a 7-Eleven a few minutes away.

Rooms are available as twin, double, or triple configurations, each with a private bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, bidet, and free toiletries. All rooms include air conditioning, a minibar, electric kettle with tea/coffee, a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Some rooms offer city views. Rooms are generally spacious and have a desk/chair. However, the interior is older and some fittings may show wear. Lighting in many rooms is described as very dim. The walls are thin, so noise from neighbouring rooms or the road can be an issue - particularly in road-facing rooms. Some rooms may have air conditioning units that are dusty or loud. A deposit of 1000 THB cash is required at check-in. There are no connecting rooms and no balconies, but daily housekeeping is provided and towels/water are replenished.

The hotel serves an Asian breakfast each morning for an additional charge of 250 THB per person - a continental-style buffet with bread, pastries, and hot drinks; it is practical but basic.
