The hotel is situated on a lively street with a Tesco across the road and numerous cafés and restaurants nearby. The metro (yellow line B) and tram stops are steps away, making it easy to reach other parts of the city without a car. The river and National Theatre are about 300 metres away. Most major sights, including Wenceslas Square and the Astronomical Clock, are within walking distance.

All rooms include a private bathroom with shower (some with bathtub), flat-screen TV with cable channels, safe, and free WiFi. Flooring varies - carpeted or parquet - and the King Room has hardwood floors. Some rooms have a coffee machine. The Exclusive Beer Rooms feature a beer tap with a daily 5-litre barrel; one of these also has air conditioning. Attic rooms and single rooms are compact, while superior double rooms are spacious. Windows open in all rooms. Street-facing rooms have double glazing for quieter sleep. Note: the third floor is accessible only by stairs.

Breakfast is a buffet served 7:30-10:30 with a wide selection including pastries, pancakes, eggs, deli meats, cheeses, yogurt, fruit, and hot items. Vegan options are available. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner (Mon-Thu & Sun 11:00-22:00, Fri-Sat until 23:00) and is known for its quality Czech dishes and beer. The beer hall and garden are popular; booking a table is recommended. A coffee house is also on site. Guests departing before breakfast can request a takeaway pack.

The Beer Spa is a 75-minute session with a 5-litre barrel of beer, costing 80 EUR per person (10% discount for hotel guests). Some Exclusive Beer Rooms include a beer bath with a tap. Brewery tours can be arranged upon request. Bicycle rental and guided walking tours are available for an additional fee. There is no swimming pool or general wellness centre.

The 24-hour front desk can assist with express check-in/out, private check-in, tour desk, and luggage storage. Safety features include key access, security alarm, and safety deposit boxes. Airport shuttles can be arranged for a fixed fee (€35 for up to 4 persons). Public transport tickets are sold at reception. Business facilities include free fax/photocopying and paid meeting rooms.
