The Strazni tram stop with day and night services is a two-minute walk, providing direct routes to the Main Train Station (tram 9, 15 min), Wenceslas Square, National Museum and Prague Castle. Zidovske Pece park is immediately next to the property, and the National Monument Vitkov with its large park is a three-minute tram ride. The O2 Arena (concerts, sport events) is reachable within 10 minutes by public transport. A wide range of restaurants, pizzerias and cafes can be found within 200-500 m of the entrance.

All rooms feature a private kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle and kitchenware. Each unit has its own private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Bed configurations range from single and twin to double, triple and apartment-style layouts with separate rooms. Road-facing and ground-floor rooms may experience noise from trams and other guests; rooms overlooking the courtyard are quieter. Some bathrooms show signs of wear, such as loose faucets or sewage odours from the shower drain, which can be reduced by running water regularly. The property's institutional feel means some rooms and common areas appear dated with scuffed walls and minimal decoration.
