Wenceslas Square is a 10-minute tram ride away, and the Old Town Square can be reached in about 25 minutes. Prague Main Train Station is 3 km away, and Prague Vrsovice Train Station is 650 metres from the hotel. Vyšehrad Castle is within walking distance. For those arriving by car, the hotel offers private on-site parking with reservation for €18 per night, and street parking is available - free on weekends and holidays, but paid (20 CZK/hour) from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 20:00. The surrounding area has a variety of restaurants, bars, and cafés within a short walk. The location is well-served for exploring Prague by public transport, though noise from trams and street traffic can be an issue for rooms facing the front.

The accommodation includes twin/double rooms and apartments. Standard rooms are in the main Art Nouveau building, while some superior apartments are in a separate, newer building next door - these tend to be quieter and more spacious, often with a full kitchen and terrace. Room sizes vary; some rooms are compact, with limited storage and dated decor. Rooms on the top floor (attic) have small windows that open very little, making them very hot in summer. There is no air conditioning anywhere in the hotel - only a fan is provided. Rooms facing the street can be noisy from passing trams and traffic, especially in the morning. A quiet room on the courtyard side or in the apartment wing is recommended for light sleepers. Beds are generally comfortable, but some mattresses are very soft. Cleanliness is inconsistent; some find rooms clean, others report musty smells, mould, dirt, and occasional ants. The hotel does not provide bathrobes, slippers, tea/coffee facilities, or a fridge in all rooms - shampoo is provided.

Breakfast is a buffet-style continental selection, typically featuring bread, pastries, cheese, cold meats, cereals, fruits, juices, and hot drinks.
