A supermarket is around 300 metres away, and a beach and nature walking areas are accessible from the property. The area is quiet, safe, and clean, with a playground nearby and a BMW garage below the building. For cars, on-site parking is available but limited.

There is no restaurant, bar, or breakfast service at the property. Every apartment includes a well-equipped kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, and kitchenware, making self-catering straightforward. The nearest supermarket is about 300 metres away, and several additional grocery stores are within a short walk or drive.
