URBANA LODGE, MONTI, Rome

The apartment sits on a quiet street in central Rome, a 4-minute walk from Santa Maria Maggiore and 1 km from Quirinal Hill. Cavour Metro Station (500 m) and Termini Station are both close, providing direct metro and bus routes to the Vatican, Trastevere, and elsewhere. The Colosseum and Roman Forum are within a 10-15 minute walk, and the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon are also easily reached on foot. A large supermarket is just 2 minutes away, and dozens of restaurants and cafes are within a 3-minute walk on Via Urbana. While the area is walkable to almost all major attractions, guests with cars should plan for paid public parking nearby (€4/day) - the Monti district has limited on-street parking.

The apartment comprises one separate bedroom, one living room with a sofa bed, and one bathroom with a walk-in shower and free toiletries. It sleeps up to four people (one double bed plus sofa bed). The well-fitted kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and kitchenware, plus a washing machine and tea/coffee maker. The air-conditioned interior also has heating, parquet floors, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, and a dining area with a work desk. The apartment retains the historic building's character with tiled and parquet floors. Practical supplies such as ironing facilities are provided. The unit faces the street but is described as quiet, with city views from the windows. Note: there is no balcony, and the apartment is on the first floor with no lift (only about 10 steps).

The property does not have a swimming pool, spa, or wellness centre. For leisure activities, guests can walk to the Colosseum (1 km), Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain, and other historic sites within 15-20 minutes. The nearby Monti neighbourhood itself is known for its boutique shops, wine bars, and evening atmosphere.
