URBAN COSY ROOMS, Rome

The property sits in a quieter, local area with easy public transport connections: the tram and bus stop are right at the doorstep, and the metro is a short walk away. The centre of Rome is reachable in around 20 minutes by tram or bus. The area is well served with grocery shops, affordable pizzerias, gelaterias and bars where locals eat. Osteria Al Mare 51 and Il Panzerotto Chic are each 0.5 km away. A supermarket is also nearby. The lift makes the 7th-floor apartment easily accessible, and the building is located on a busy road - rooms with balconies may let in some street noise, while rooms facing the inner courtyard stay quieter.

Each double room includes a private bathroom with shower, bidet, hairdryer and free toiletries. Some rooms feature a balcony or terrace with garden views, or an inner courtyard view. Rooms are equipped with a washing machine, flat-screen TV, a seating area, and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully fitted with a stovetop, refrigerator, kitchenware and a tea/coffee maker, and is shared between rooms. Beds are described as very comfortable, and rooms are clean, bright and spacious. Rooms on the 7th floor have lift access. The building is on a road with some traffic, but the rooms are described as quiet. A few rooms have a detached private bathroom located just outside the room.
