The nearest beach, Playa de las Arenas, is 9 minutes on foot; Malvarrosa Beach and Patacona Beach are also within walking distance. Public transport is strong: Maritim-Serreria metro station is a 9-minute walk, bus route 19 stops nearby (30 minutes to the city centre), and València-Cabanyal train station is 13 minutes away. The apartment overlooks a pleasant square and has direct access to the marina. Valencia Airport is 13 km away; a paid shuttle is available. Water sports are available at the nearby beaches, and landmarks such as L'Oceanografic (3 km) and Turia Gardens (4 km) are an easy drive or public transport ride.

The one-bedroom apartment has a single bed and a full bathroom with rain shower; the two-bedroom unit offers a double bed plus a trundle in a compact second room, sleeping up to three guests.
