VALLECAS SUITES BY OLALA HOMES, Madrid

Vallecas Suites is located 4 km from Puerta de Atocha and 5 km from the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum. Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas Airport is 12 km away, reachable by metro in about 1 hour 15 minutes, or by night bus or taxi/Uber in under 20 minutes. The metro station is directly outside the building, making it easy to reach the city centre without a car. Nearby amenities include supermarkets, cafes and a sports venue, and several dining options are within a 5-minute walk.

All rooms are self-contained suites with a private bathroom, TV with streaming services, free toiletries, hairdryer, electric kettle and coffee machine. Some rooms include a sofa bed or extra bed (triple and quadruple configurations available). Many rooms have a patio or terrace. The interiors are modern and clean. Rooms facing the street or adjacent to the building entrance can be noisy, especially at night due to other guests. Road-facing rooms on lower floors may also hear street noise. Light sleepers should request an interior or upper-floor room. Some rooms have limited natural light.

The property is a self-check-in facility with smart locks and no on-site reception. Communication with staff is via WhatsApp and is generally responsive, though automated replies can delay resolution for complex issues. Air conditioning and heating are present in every room, but some units have experienced operational problems. Housekeeping is not daily and requires a specific request. A cot is available on request. All major credit cards are accepted for payment.
