Public transport is excellent - the nearest metro stop is a 7-minute walk, and several bus lines stop within a minute's walk. The Airport Express bus (from Cibeles) is a 15-minute walk, and the trip to Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas Airport takes about an hour by public transport. A Mercadona supermarket is 7 minutes away, and the popular La Paz Market is just around the corner. The location is well-suited for walking to the city centre and provides a quiet base for rest.

The apartments vary in size from one-bedroom units to spacious two-bedroom layouts. Each unit includes air conditioning, a private bathroom with a bath or shower and hairdryer, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, and a seating area with a sofa bed. The kitchens are fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and a tea/coffee maker. Some units feature a balcony, and higher-category apartments are larger and better finished. Interior-facing rooms overlook small courtyards and require curtains closed for privacy, meaning the space remains dark and has no external view. Street-facing rooms are brighter and more desirable. The soundproofing between walls is thin, so external noise from neighbours can be heard at times.

There is no restaurant or bar at the property, so all meals are prepared in the apartment's full kitchen or enjoyed at the many dining options within steps of the building. The surrounding streets are filled with highly rated restaurants including El Lateral, Casa Julian, La Maruca, Ramon Freixa Madrid, and O'Caldino - all within 0.5 km.
