VATICAN ROME GUESTHOUSE, Rome

Situated in the Prati district, the guesthouse offers easy access to Rome's top sights. The Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica are within a 10-15 minute walk. Metro Cipro station (line A) is a 5-minute walk, linking directly to Termini station and the historic centre. Bus and tram stops are also nearby. The neighbourhood is quiet yet convenient, with numerous restaurants, cafés, and small supermarkets all within a few minutes' walk. Fiumicino Airport is 26 km away, reachable by train or the hotel's paid shuttle. The area is well served by public transport, making a car unnecessary for most travellers.

The breakfast option typically consists of a ticket to a local bakery (one croissant and a hot drink per person), or a self-service spread in the shared kitchen with fruits, snacks, and bottled water. The bakery breakfast is quality but basic; children's alternatives like milk can be arranged upon request. The shared kitchen is stocked with free snacks and drinks for guests. Several restaurants, pizzerias, and cafés are within a 2-minute walk, offering diverse dining choices for lunch and dinner. The bar and coffee shop on site serve additional drinks and light meals. Special diet menus can be arranged on request.

The guesthouse offers a range of leisure activities for guests, all free of charge: cooking classes, pub crawls, and walking tours. For an additional fee, visitors can join tours about local culture or visit temporary art galleries (off-site). These experiences provide a way to explore Rome beyond standard sightseeing. An ice-skating rink is located nearby, adding a seasonal activity option. The property itself does not have a pool, gym, or spa, but the surrounding neighbourhood offers plenty of cafés and restaurants for relaxation.

WiFi is free in all areas. Reception services include concierge, express check-in/check-out, private check-in/out, and luggage storage (for an additional charge). Lockers are available for storing small valuables. The property has 24-hour security with CCTV, smoke alarms, and fire extinguishers. For transport, the hotel offers a paid airport shuttle (pick up and drop off), shuttle service, and assistance with public transport tickets. Business facilities include free fax/photocopying. The on-site minimarket stocks essentials. Hairdresser and beauty shop services are available. The property is lift-equipped and offers soundproofed rooms for added comfort. Children's buffet and cots are available for families.
