VATICAN SWEET HOME, Rome

The apartment sits on the ground floor in Rome's Prati district, one of the city's top-rated areas for walkability. Cipro Metro station (Line A) is roughly 100 metres away, giving direct access to the historic centre, Spanish Steps, and Termini station. Fiumicino Airport is 28 km away - reachable via metro-to-train connection. A supermarket (Carrefour) is about 50 metres from the door, and numerous restaurants, cafés, and shops line the surrounding streets. The neighbourhood is well supplied with bus stops, making the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and other landmarks easy to reach without a car.

The apartment provides one living room, two separate bedrooms, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and bidet. The bedrooms are large enough for comfortable movement and each has its own air-conditioning unit. The main bed setup includes 3 beds spanning the two rooms, with one of the comfiest mattress setups frequently noted. The unit is air-conditioned throughout, has soundproofed windows for a quiet sleep despite the central location, and is decorated in a modern style. The living area includes a seating space with a flat-screen TV and streaming services, while the fully fitted kitchen comes with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware, and a tea/coffee maker. A washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities are included, making the apartment practical for longer stays.

The apartment does not offer breakfast or a restaurant. The full kitchen - with stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, and kitchenware - makes self-catering easy. Grocery deliveries can be arranged at an additional cost. For eating out, the immediate area is rich with dining options including Bonci Pizzarium (0.5 km), La Cannoleria Siciliana (0.5 km), and several pizzerias, bars, and creperies within a 5-minute walk. Supermarkets are also very close by for stocking the kitchen.

There is no pool, spa, gym, or sauna on the property. An ice-skating rink is located close to the apartment, offering a nearby leisure option. The apartment's central location puts the entire city's cultural and entertainment offerings - including Vatican City, the historic centre, and shopping streets - within easy reach via the metro or a short walk.
