APPARTAMENTO CON TERRAZZO AL VATICANO, Rome

The property is located 2 km from Vatican Museums and 4 km from St Peter's Square, placing the Vatican district within a short 4 bus stops or a few metro stops. Public transport is the most practical way to explore: the metro is an 8-minute walk away, and a bus stop is 3 minutes from the door, with most city sights reachable within about 30 minutes by transit. Free off-site public parking is available nearby, but the area is better served by public transport than by car for day-to-day moving around. Rome Ciampino Airport is 19 km away; arranging a reliable airport transfer directly with the host is a recommended option.

Dining is fully self-catered; the apartment's well-equipped kitchen (stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, utensils) and the on-site snack bar make it easy to prepare meals or snacks. For added variety, several cafés and casual dining options, including Sambil Cafe, Fuori Corso, Pasticceria Siciliana Svizzera, and Al Vecchio Galeone, are all located within a short 500-metre walk, providing breakfast, pastries, and dinner alternatives.

Wellness and leisure offerings are modest but functional. Free sun loungers and sun umbrellas are available on the property's sun terrace, which faces the garden. The outdoor furniture on the terrace and the garden itself provide pleasant spaces for relaxing or dining outdoors. There is also a shared lounge/TV area and a small games area with darts. For families, board games, puzzles, and kids' outdoor play equipment are provided.

Internet is available in all areas free of charge. Free public parking is available at a nearby off-site location, with no reservation needed, and street parking is also possible. The building has a lift, and a shared lounge/TV area is available for guest use. Reception services include private check-in/out, express check-in/out, luggage storage (free of charge), and invoice provision. Airport transfer can be arranged directly with the host. Cleaning services (laundry, ironing, trouser press) are offered for an additional charge. A minimarket and barber/beauty shop are located on site. Pet bowls are provided if travelling with a pet. Safety features include CCTV, fire extinguishers, and key access. Family facilities include board games and kids' outdoor play equipment.
