The beds are large and comfortable, and storage includes a wardrobe with plenty of hangers. Daily housekeeping replenishes towels, toilet paper, coffee capsules, tea, and water, but does not change sheets daily. While the noise insulation from the street can be poor in road-facing rooms, the soundproofing between rooms and from the corridor is generally effective. Rooms may feel cosy, and some fittings show wear, but cleanliness is consistently maintained. A lift serves the building, though it is narrow and may not accommodate a pram.

The property does not have a restaurant, so all meals must be planned outside. The room is equipped with a coffee machine (capsules replenished daily), an electric kettle with tea, and a small fridge for personal items.
