ART ATELIER ACCOMODATION GUEST HOUSE, Rome

Accommodation is offered in twin/double, triple, and quadruple rooms. Each room has a private bathroom with shower, bidet and hairdryer, plus free toiletries. The bed configuration is: double rooms with 1 double bed, triple rooms with 2 single beds (or 1 double + 1 single), and quadruple rooms with 3 single beds. Soundproof walls help reduce noise, but rooms are not fully soundproofed and light sleepers may hear activity from adjacent rooms, the corridor, or street traffic. Air conditioning is standard, though occasional reports indicate the system can be unreliable. Some rooms have limited natural light as they are on lower levels. There are no balconies. Towels and bed linen are included free of charge. The property is housed in a period building with a lift, but the lift may occasionally be out of service.

Breakfast consists of packaged pastries, cookies, yoghurt, milk, coffee and tea left in the room the night before. This is a very light continental-style offering. The property does not have a restaurant or a full breakfast buffet. There is no cooked option or fresh fruit. Coffee and tea are freely available from a machine in the shared lobby. For those seeking a more substantial morning meal, the surrounding area is dense with cafés and restaurants serving fresh Italian breakfasts, including several within a 2-3 minute walk. Guests who prefer a filling hot breakfast may find the packaged option insufficient.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. Daily housekeeping is included and performed each day, though towel changes occur only every 4 days. Luggage storage is free and available for early arrivals and late departures. The airport shuttle covers both Fiumicino and Ciampino airports (fee: 55 EUR for 1-3 persons, 65 EUR for 4-7 persons, plus 5 EUR surcharge after 22:00). Self check-in via video tutorial is available for arrivals after 20:00. There is no 24-hour reception, but the property provides express check-in/check-out and private check-in/check-out. Laundry service, fax/photocopying, and public transport tickets are available for an additional charge. A safety deposit box is free. The lift serves upper floors but may not always be operational. Pets are allowed on request with possible extra charges.
