The guest house sits in the Rialto district, one of Venice's most central and practical areas for sightseeing. You can walk to Doge's Palace, La Fenice Theatre, and St. Mark's Square within 10-15 minutes. The immediate vicinity is lively, with numerous restaurants, cafés, and bars just outside the door. Note that the street can be noisy at night due to foot traffic and eateries; closing windows helps only partially. Venice Marco Polo Airport is 18 km away - take a water bus or land taxi to Piazzale Roma, then walk or take a vaporetto to Rialto. There is no parking, so car travel is not recommended.

The accommodation offers double rooms with a private bathroom, double rooms with a shared bathroom, and a single room with a shared bathroom. Bed size is large and comfortable. Rooms are spacious and include a small refrigerator as well as tea/coffee-making facilities. There is no air conditioning; opening windows is the only cooling option, which also lets in street noise. Some rooms face the street and can be noisy - light sleepers should consider earplugs. The mattress on certain beds may feel worn. The shared bathroom setup is manageable given a small number of rooms, but the bathroom lock mechanism requires locking/unlocking each time. The sink and shower drain may occasionally clog. Some rooms have a small balcony with street noise.

Wi-Fi is free in the rooms. There is no reception; all communication is handled by phone before or during your stay. The property is accessed via two sets of narrow, steep stairs. The building's main door remains locked until 16:00, so early arrivals cannot enter the building to store luggage unless they pay for a separate luggage service. After check-out at 10:00, the main door locks and access to the upper floors is cut off - you can arrange luggage storage for €5 if needed. No daily housekeeping or room service is provided. The property provides an invoice upon request. Safety features include key access only.
