A coffee machine with capsules is available in the room. Rooms with a balcony are not available. The property occupies floors within an older residential building with a historic character and an internal courtyard garden. Rooms facing the inner courtyard tend to be quieter. The property is generally clean and well-maintained, though some wear such as wall scuffs or older furniture has been noted.

The surrounding streets are well-served with cafés, bakeries, and restaurants within a 2-3 minute walk, including Italian trattorias and international cuisine. Guests planning a full morning meal should budget for dining at a nearby café. The room coffee machine is a practical alternative for a quick start before heading out.

There is no 24-hour front desk; the property is accessed via key codes after hours. Staff can be reached by phone and speak English, Spanish, and Italian.
